Little sewing hands: Design your own stuff animal.

Little Sewing Hands will engage kids in creative sewing projects in after-school programs, birthday parties and special and private events. Little Sewing Hands is a sewing class for kids where they will learn the basics of hand sewing with different stitches, work on fine motor skills and create fun and unique pieces of art. They will have fun working on such projects as holiday-themed stuffies and other little treasures, adding their own flair to make the project truly one-of-a-kind!

This week on the after school program , the kids designed their own stuff animal.

They choose the fabric and shape they wanted , and did the whole process by themselves.

I couldn't be more proud.

From marking the fabric to cutting, sewing , stuffing it and finally adding buttons, color etc.
